Fall MEA Merit Badge Workshops
Jamboree on the Air/Jamboree on the Internet
(10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.)
Visit the new home to radio station K0BSA (Kay-zero-BSA). Tim Arimond and his friends will be set up to give boys and girls the chance to make friends around the world using amateur-radio links and the internet. Become a radio operator and get on the air. In addition to offering merit badges, other activities to complement and enhance the experience will be offered. Take a look at the merit badge schedule here.
Staff are attending the University of Scouting event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Regular hours resume on Wednesday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m.
Derby Car Building Workshop
(1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.)
Plan, build, or put finishing touches on the car you plan to race at Derby Night.
Fall Clean-Up Day at the Museum
(10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.)
Interested in putting in some service hours, or just to get out in fresh air and exercise? We need You!
All you need to do is bring a rake, wear your work clothes, and bring work gloves. The Museum will provide lunch to all who volunteer.
Derby Night at the Museum
(6:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.)
Start your engines! A night of food, friendship, and racing for adults 21 years and older. The price to attend will be $25 with advanced registration, or $30 at the door. Race a car, or be a spectator. There are fun activities for everyone, such as a derby hat contest, silent auction, raffle, and more. Come hungry because food, treats, soft drinks, wine, and beer will be available. Click here to register.
Cookie and S'More Charms

Here's a special craft and gift opportunity for an afternoon of fun making Cookie and S'More charms. Daisy girls and older (and their adults) and their adults are welcome. Cost is $15 per person or $12 per person for Museum members. Click here to register.
Thanksgiving Merit Badge Offerings
As in past years, there will be merit badges offered for those of you who want to work off that turkey dinner. Schedule of classes will be posted soon.

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Businesses up and down Seventh Avenue invite people to stroll the street for a holiday preview. The Museum will participate by
