Have time to spare? Looking for volunteer hours to meeting Scouting requirements? Want to help out?
The North Star Museum has many opportunities for you to contribute whether you can commit once a week or once a year.
Seeking volunteers for these museum committees:
Seeking volunteers who are excited about this innovative concept of “night at the museum” to assist with activities and set-up/tear down of this weekend long event. This includes sleeping overnight in the museum!
Seeking volunteers to open and close the museum on Saturdays (and possible Sundays!). This includes “manning” the front desk, greeting visitors, and giving tours.
Need a volunteer who LOVES the concept of Club Bruce and enjoys nature and history! As the writer for this quarterly publication you will create articles, games, puzzles, nature facts and current updates on moose populations in MN via our DNR partners on the Moose Recovery Project.
The North Star Museum is growing by leaps and bounds and we are at a critical stage of growth. Dreams, ideas and wishes are coming to fruition. We are doing more, offering more and more people know about us. :That means we have had more demands for our resources. Without your help...our growth will come to a screeching halt. Please, consider one (or more!) of the many options listed above, or on this page.
These opportunities are FUN and enriching. We’d love to have you share your many talents with us! Contact Shirley De la Torre, Director of Institutional Advancement, 651-748-2880 or firstname.lastname@example.org
