North Star Museum at 2003 Ripley Rendezvous
Again this year, Scouts and Scouters from the Upper Midwest had the chance to participate in the multi-council event known as the Ripley Rendezvous. Over 9,000 Scouts and Scouters gathered at the National Guard's Fort Ripley facility to enjoy a weekend of fun and activities. North Star provided displays as part of the midway at Ripley. Scouts had the chance to take a short quiz based on the exhibited material. If the Scouts found all of the right answers on the multiple choice quiz, they received a small candy as a reward. Everyone seemed to enjoy the quiz and the candy! Click on the thumbnail pictures below to see a larger image of the North Star displays at the 2003 Ripley Rendezvous.
Thanks to all those who helped with the exhibit at Ripely. Special thanks to David and John Raymond for transporting and setting up the displays, and Bob Banks for helping to take down the exhibit. This page revised 09/22/03
